Staged Payment 50 / 50

We would like to draw your attention to the payment terms applicable when placing a bespoke order with Gasha Bespoke Diamond Atelier.

The creation of bespoke jewellery is carried out in stages, allowing you to take part in the creative process and feel confident in the result at every step.

First Payment — 50% of the Total Price

The first payment is made after the design has been approved and prior to the start of production.
This payment covers:
• a personalised consultation with our specialists regarding the selection of gemstones, including their characteristics, quality, origin, and individual features;
• professional recommendations on gemstone selection in accordance with the design concept, budget, and technical requirements;
• the work of our master jewellers and the development of an individual design;
• preparation of a visual 3D model for reviewing the design of the piece;
• creation of an engineering SAT file (Standard ACIS Text), used for printing the wax model and subsequent production of the jewellery piece;
• production of the wax model (prototype of the piece);
• shipment of the wax model to your address for fitting;
• up to two adjustments to the shape or size at the wax model stage.

The first payment is non-refundable, as the order is created individually and includes personalised consultations, design development, and preparatory production stages.

Prototype Review and Approval

After receiving the wax model (prototype of the piece), you may assess the form, proportions, and fit of the jewellery item and either confirm that it meets your expectations or request permitted adjustments within the agreed conditions.

Second Payment — 50% of the Total Price

Once the prototype has been approved by the client, the second payment of 50% of the total price is made.
Following this payment, we proceed with the final stage of production, crafting the piece in precious metals and setting the gemstones.

From the moment the second payment is made, the order cannot be cancelled, as the final, cost-intensive and technologically complex stage of production begins.

Payment Records and Documentation

All payments made through our website are officially recorded and processed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the regulations of the European Union.

Upon successful payment, the client receives a payment confirmation (an electronic receipt or a document issued by the payment provider or bank), which is sent to the email address provided during checkout and may serve as proof of payment.

Depending on the selected payment method and legal requirements, additional payment documentation may be provided upon the client’s request, in accordance with Bulgarian and European regulations.

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment systems and comply with applicable security and confidentiality standards.

Delivery

• Delivery of the wax model and the finished jewellery piece is carried out via courier services with shipment tracking.
• Delivery is available within the European Union.
• The finished jewellery piece is dispatched only after full payment has been received.
• Cash on delivery is not available.
• Each finished jewellery piece is shipped with mandatory insurance for its full value, providing additional protection during transportation.
